Guitar Classes started today for me
Guitar as I thought, was not easy at all. I started learning what are the parts of the guitar
HeadStock, Tuning Pegs, Nut, Neck, Inlay, Fretboard, Strings, Top, Soundhole, Pickguard, Bridge, Body
As I began to learn there are 7 Alphabest
A B C D E F G
B & E do not have sharps.
There are 12 Main Musical Notes played all over the World
A A# B C C# D D# E F F# G G#
Pronounced as
A A sharp B
C C sharp D
D sharp E
F F sharp
G G sharp
Every guitarist should know these 12 Notes by heart at a Good flow, because everything or anything you play in music, relates to these 12 notes.
A scale refers to the combination of 7 notes among 12 Notes. In details, Scale is a group of Musical Notes collected in ascending & descending order that provides material for or is used to conveniently represent a part or all of Musical work including Melody & Harmony.
The distance between two successive Notes in a Scale is called a Scale Step. Any type of music or sound would be within these 24 scales
12 Major Scales
A A# B C C# D D# E F F# G G#
12 Minor Scales
Am A#m Bm Cm C#m Dm D#m Em Fm F#m Gm G#m
Strings numbers from the bottom

As we started, the class began with a couple of good songs to break the ice.
